Very disappointing experience. I provided all of my insurance information when I scheduled my appointment yesterday, including everything they asked for. I was scheduled for 8:15 AM because I was experiencing severe tooth pain (7/10). I arrived on time, but at 8:30 AM I was still standing at the front desk. I was then told that they could not verify how much my insurance would cover and that I needed to call my insurance myself or give them my phone so they could speak with the insurance company. I explained that I was in significant pain and asked why my insurance hadn’t been checked when I provided all the information the day before. Instead of trying to help me, I was told that I could go somewhere else and that they didn’t have to serve me. I understand that insurance verification can sometimes be difficult, but the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing, especially when I was there for an appointment because I was in severe pain. I expected better communication and customer service.

I wish I could give this dental office zero star 🌟. The worst dental office I've ever experienced. Everyone there are rude and like they all hate their job. I went there couple years ago had checked up, wanted my teeth cleaned, but never got them cleaned. Instead they were trying to sale me some works on my teeth I don't need, when I said no, they attitude changed for the worst. I stopped going there for about almost three years, so my daughter's gum was bleeding. I scheduled an a for her to get check up and see about her bleeding gum. The reason i took my daughter there, I thought they have different staffs working there and change the way they operate. When we got there after the exam, they tried to sale her gum care for $1,000. So I asked them are there any other cheaper options? The dentist and the staff said NO, this is the only option that they recommend. I told them I had gum bleed before other dental office gave me a prescription for mouth rinse, and it worked. But I kept asking, they still keep saying there aren't any other options, only option is what they recommend. I said we'll think about it and get back with them. Yikes. Just yikes all around. Full disclosure: I haven't been to a dentist in well over a decade due to factors out of my control. Well, I decide to go because my wisdom teeth are impacted and partially erupted, causing a constant, intense dull pain. I went in and they not only didn't address the pain at all, but they didn't explain any of the charges or procedures to me, and then sold me a gum treatment for $1,000 that I did not consent to. Didn't even address the actual issue I came in for. I'm still in the exact same amount of pain I was in before, possibly even more now because of how careless they were in my mouth. I cannot eat solid foods at all right now. They were also unbelievably rude and dismissive of my symptoms. I will be contacting corporate to get my money back. Please do so much better, especially with patients who are on the spectrum. This experience did not have to go this way.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Over 4+ hours wasted. When I first called to make an appointment, I was surprised that they had an appointment the same day. Although they had some trouble verifying my insurance, they said they’d call back to schedule. They never did. When I finally called THEM back, I was able to get an appointment for 5:30pm. Great. However, then I got a call back from the office that the time was no longer available and asked if I could come at 3:30 or 4pm instead (before their last available appointment at 5pm). I arrived at 4:15pm, and waited over 1+ hour before being told I would not be able to be seen, as they were running behind. I was upset and mentioned it would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time, but made a second appointment. For my follow-up appointment, they told me to come first thing in the morning (at 9am) before they fell behind. So I arrived at 9am. Waited 15 minutes before being taken back to do x-rays. Then waited 15 more minutes, was asked to switch rooms. Then waited another 15 minutes, and then the x-rays themselves took another 30 minutes. This entire staff is phenomenal! Everything went fast and super smooth! Dr. Tran, Dr. Hassan and every assistant was superb. The Dr's here teach and treat their staff with kindness. GREAT job with my services! At 60 yrs old this was a first time to find great staff and doctors
